 This course covers the pattern of non-Mendelian inheritance. After completing it, you will have a basic understanding of: - Features of triplet repeat disorders and their inheritance
- Genomic imprinting and uniparental disomy and their clinical consequences
- Germline and somatic mosaicism
- Mitochondrial DNA mutations, their inheritance, and possible clinical symptoms
